Strength & technique
Ninja Sport takes upper-body power, grip strength and core stability — but it's clean technique that gets you through.
Jump. Swing. Stick it.
We're the community behind Ninja Sport in Austria — athletes, coaches, gyms and fans. Together we're building a sport that's all about strength, smart thinking and cheering each other on.
More than 30 athletes from Austria competed at the Ninja European Championships in Plzeň. The Austrian Lightnings (Elias Sieder & Thomas Grandl) became European champions in National Team Men and Alexander Szimber took gold in Men 40–44, while Team Austria ladys (Elena-Katharina Stejnek & Lorena Vollmann) won bronze.

Ninja Sport is a modern discipline in which you hang, jump and climb your way through challenging obstacles — without touching the ground. Every run is problem-solving against the clock.
